Our recent global partnership with UBS and the growth of our Investment Banking offering complements our long-standing relationships with leading institutions, from Citadel and Morgan Stanley to Evercore and Bank of America.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will be joining a team of professionals with a simple goal: to maximise market opportunity and become the global leader in attraction, training, and recruitment services for early-career teams across the finance industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare pitch decks and sales materials for client meetings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our student candidates, taking enquiries and supporting them through their recruitment journey.
  • Join and support on strategic sales calls with prospective clients.
  • Own client management for key corporate accounts, ensuring the highest quality relationship management, communication, and product delivery.
  • Support our data product, providing a high-quality end to end recruitment solution for our key clients.
  • Manage sales administration for key corporate accounts, owning key parts of our sales pipeline. Working with our Head of Recruitment to develop recruitment specific sales outreach strategies.

What We Look For 

Must-have 

  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused team. PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience of Customer Relationship Management tools (we use HubSpot).
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to achieve our shared company mission.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice-to-have 

  • A finance, or finance related degree.
  • Knowledge and experience of AmplifyME’s products and simulations.
  • Knowledge of the graduate recruitment landscape, with a focus on graduate jobs in finance.
