Amplify is proud to announce the AmplifyME simulations delivered in partnership with Morgan Stanley across universities in the UK is a finalist for the best innovation in student recruitment.
The AmplifyME innovation disrupts traditional financial recruitment by giving all students the chance to benefit from the same practical training delivered to the world’s largest financial firms. Whilst students experience different financial roles in order to make a better informed career choice, their performance and behaviour during the simulation has lead to direct placements with Morgan Stanley.
This allows Morgan Stanley to offer career opportunities to a wide and diverse range of students, who would otherwise get missed from the traditional graduate recruitment process.
In 2019 Amplify is due to deliver over 150 simulation day events to over 10,000 students around the world. We want to find a better way for students to secure their future in finance, one that is measured on ability in the role, not ability in application.
