Leading the Way in Trader Development

We use our extensive trading experience to deliver intensive training programmes aimed at developing traders to understand, analyse, and trade in today's financial markets. Our unique training structure has allowed us to build a team of professional traders who trade for the company, across multiple asset classes.  At Amplify you have the option of three training programmes:

 

  • Career Programme: This 4 month full time programme will teach you to understand, analyse and trade real-time financial markets, progressing onto the Live market where each trainee trades with a company funded account.
  •  
  • Internship Training: This programme is aimed at current students and recent graduates. It is a full time programme over a 2 month period for those candidates interested in developing a career in banking and finance.
  •  
  • Diploma Programme: For those unable to commit full time, the Diploma is a 3 week, part time course taking place in the evenings. It is ideal for those that are unable to commit full time or would like to try out trading before committing full time.
 

All our new traders are trained to a professional level, learning how to use cutting edge trading technology under high pressure market conditions. We build a close, personal relationship with all that go through our programmes ensuring through daily assessments that the theory taught can be effectively put into practice.

We invite potential traders to a Trading Workshop on our Trading Floor in Canary Wharf to discuss contemporary market conditions with our Head of Trading and find out more about our training programmes. Attendees will be given a live market insight from our senior traders and will be asked to take part in a live trading competition with our Head of Trading.
