Career Traders

 

At Amplify we take new traders through an intensive 4 month induction programme, developing new talent to join our trading desk in Canary Wharf. The structure of each trading session is modelled on how an Investment Banking Trading D esk a nalyses and trades the markets . Training follows an intense and structured time table progressing traders onto the Live market where each trainee trades with a company funded account, receiving 60% of their trading profits (commission rates increased according to performance). 

 

Following the induction on our state of the art trading floor training is carried out via the fully interactive Amplify On-line Trading Rooms with further psychology and trading sessions based at our offices as the training progresses. There are two great options following the end of the course:

 

• If you are flat or in profit on your Live trading account at the end of the programme we will continue to back you with our funds in the live markets increasing your size and market exposure.  Having shown your potential there will be no further training fees to build a long term relationship with Amplify to trade across multiple asset classes on our trading floor.

• You complete the programme having obtained industry recognised professional trading experience with Certificates for each module. Many of our graduates secure positions at Top-Tier Investment Banks using their front desk experience at Amplify Trading.

1. Our mentors' exceptional teaching ability can be verified by the fact that they are teaching a Technical Analysis & Trading double-credit module as part of the MSc in Finance and Economics at BPP Business School. We also host regular events lecturing to university Finance Societies such as UCL, LSE and Cass Business School.

2. The commitment fee for initial training can be shared over the induction period, at £900 a month this is lower then desk fees commonly found in The City and during this period traders will already be receiving their profit split.  There are no further costs for a successful trader who continues to trade with us after month four.
